Hello! I am a practicing Yoga teacher. My journey with Yoga started after I faced many personal medical issues. Along with changes in diet, a few medications and therapies, Yoga played an important part in helping me overcome my health problems. It has now been years since I am practicing and teaching Yoga.
The purpose of this blog series is to bring your attention towards unheard of and rare health problems which can eventually be cured. A particular ailment that I was going through, was rare, and instead of helping me look for a cure, people would retire with statements like I am depressed, I have to live like this for rest of my life, etc. I want to reach out to people who might be facing such nerve problems due to dental or any other surgeries and hope they can recover too. In my 7 year long journey towards recovery, I thank my mom the most, my elder brother Ali and all my family and friends for being by my side. Moreover I thank my yoga Gurus, Shri BKS Iyengar, Geetaji and Prashantji for not just imparting knowledge of yoga but also standing by me throughout it all and building my confidence and believing in me
